Issue of Equity
Further to the announcement of 23 December 2015, the 2,782 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, issued following an exercise of options pursuant to the Company's SAYE scheme, are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on Tuesday 19 January 2016.

Pressure Technologies has four divisions, Precision Machined Components, Cylinders, Engineered Products and Alternative Energy, serving four markets: oil and gas, defence, industrial gases and alternative energy.
