Primary Health Properties PLC ('PHP') announces that its wholly owned
subsidiary Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has entered into a
forward purchase and funding agreement with Brackley Investments Limited to
acquire a new medical centre to be constructed in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, for
approximately £2.06 million (net assets acquired £2.06 million) with an
anticipated rent roll of some £166,600 per annum. The building will be let to
two GP Practices accommodating 7 doctors, and the local Community Trust.
