Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that its wholly owned subsidiary
Primary Health Investment Properties Limited has acquired a modern medical
centre in Wednesbury, West Midlands, for approximately £1,600,000 (net assets
acquired £1,500,000) with a rent roll of some £97,000 per annum.  The building
is let to a GP Practice and a Pharmacy.
