Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has agreed to acquire a medical centre investment in Leigh, Lancashire for approximately £6.9 million (net assets acquired £6.9 million).  The Leigh Health Park complex is fully let to Ashton, Leigh and Wigan PCT for occupation by five GP Practices and also to a Pharmacy.  There are 17.7 years remaining on the lease.
