Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has acquired a medical centre investment in Lanark, Scotland for approximately £3.6 million (net assets acquired £3.6 million).  The Lanark Health Centre is let to the local GP Practice and Lloyds Pharmacy.
