Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has contracted for the acquisition of a medical centre investment in South Queensferry, Scotland for approximately £4.35 million (net assets acquired £4.35 million).  The South Queensferry Health Centre is let to the Scottish Ministers and occupied by the local Health Board and a GP Practice.
