Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has purchased
a modern purpose built medical centre in Waterloo, Huddersfield for
approximately £2.1 million (net assets acquired £2.1 million) with an
anticipated rent roll of some £120,000 per annum.  The building is let for
occupation by a GP Practice and a pharmacy.
