Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a wholly owned subsidiary
has purchased a new medical centre in Teesside, for approximately £1.75 million
(net assets acquired £1.75 million) with an anticipated rent roll of some
£116,000 per annum.  The building is let to a GP Practice.
