Primary Health Properties PLC has today made application for the admission to
the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 1,386,667 Ordinary Shares of 50
pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC in respect of the exercise of
1,386,667 management options at an exercise price of £1 each by the Joint
Managers, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited and Nexus Property Management
Services Limited.


Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 23 September
2003.


The issued share capital is therefore 18,103,644 ordinary shares of 50 pence
each.
