Primary Health Properties PLC has today (20 November 2003) made application for
the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 22,669
Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC in lieu
of the cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2003.



Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 26 November 2003.



The issued share capital is therefore 18,126,313 ordinary shares of 50 pence
each.
