Primary Health Properties PLC has today (16 November 2005) made application for
the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 29,942
Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC in lieu
of the final cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2005.

Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 22 November 2005.

The issued share capital is therefore 22,677,718 ordinary shares of 50 pence
each.
