AGM Statement

At the Annual General meeting of Primary Health Properties PLC held today (22
November 2000) the resolutions in relation to Special Business contained in
the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 25 September 2000 were passed.
These resolutions were to renew the authority to allot shares, disapply pre
emption rights, renew the authority to purchase own shares and increase the
level of gearing in the Articles of Association from 65% to 70%.
