Board Changes

As referred to in the announcement on 24 January 2019 in relation to the proposed recommended all-share merger of PHP and MedicX and further to the completion of the Merger announced earlier today by MedicX and PHP, PHP is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Mahy and Laure Duhot to the Board. Helen Mahy joins the Board as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and Laure Duhot joins as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Adviser Engagement Committee. As also announced on 24 January, Nick Wiles and Geraldine Kennell have today stepped down from the Board.

Helen Mahy CBE was appointed to the MedicX Board in April 2017 and served as chairman from February 2018 until completion of the merger with PHP on 14 March 2019. She is Chairman of The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited, a FTSE 250 investment company, and is a Non-Executive Director of SSE plc and Bonheur ASA, a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. She was formerly Company Secretary and General Counsel of National Grid plc until she retired in 2013 and is also an Equality and Human Rights Commissioner.

Laure Duhot was appointed to the MedicX Board in September 2017 until completion of the merger with PHP on 14 March 2019.  Over the past two years Laure Duhot has been acting as a senior adviser for a number of property firms and fund managers across Europe, providing strategic advice and transaction support, with a focus on alternative real estate. She has recently been appointed by Lendlease as Head of Investment and Capital Markets - Europe and will take up her new responsibilities at the end of April. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of InLand Homes plc, MIC Limited and The Guinness Partnership. Until the end of September 2016 she was also a Managing Director at Grainger plc.

There are no other details to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of the appointment of Helen Mahy or Laure Duhot.
