Changes to the Board of Directors

The Board announces that William J C Hemmings, of Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited, has been appointed as alternate director to Martin Gilbert on the
Board of Primary Health Properties PLC.

William Hemmings is a director of Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and
Criterion Properties PLC. He is not, and has not within the past 5 years, been
a director of any other company.

There are no details to be disclosed in connection with paragraphs 6.F.2 (b)
to (g) of the Listing Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
