The Company has been advised that Richard Howell, finance director of the Company, transferred 63,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company (ISIN: GB00BYRJ5J14), having a value of £70,938 at 112.6p, as a gift to his wife, Fiona Howell, a person closely associated with him, on 21 May 2018.

The transaction took place outside a trading venue.
