The Board of Directors of Primary Health Properties PLC announces that Adam
Dalgliesh has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 3rd
February, 2006.  The Board thanks Adam for his contribution to the development
of the Company and wishes him well for the future.

Harry Hyman, Managing Director, has appointed Tim Walker-Arnott BsC (Est Man)
FRICS as Adam Dalgliesh's replacement at Nexus, responsible for the management
of the PHP portfolio.
