Notice of Dividend

 

The Board of Directors of Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") has approved the payment of a second quarterly interim dividend of 1.28125p per Ordinary Share (the "Second Quarterly Dividend").  This dividend will be paid on 27 May 2016 to shareholders on the register as at 8 April 2016 (the "Record Date"). The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 7 April 2016.

 

On 22 March 2016, the Company announced and published a prospectus relating to a Capital Raising (as defined within the prospectus).  Shares issued pursuant to the Capital Raising will not qualify for the Second Quarterly Dividend.

 

Qualifying PHP shareholders will continue to be able receive new ordinary shares in the Company, credited as fully paid, in lieu of the cash dividend, by participating in the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scrip Scheme") that has been put in place by PHP.

 

Details of the Scrip Scheme will be circulated to all qualifying shareholders on 15 April 2016 with the option to participate in the Scrip Scheme being available to qualifying shareholders with regard to this dividend until 6 May 2016 (the "Election Date").
