PHP has posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting today (25 March 2010) to shareholders.  A copy is also available on the Company's web site in the Investors section at  www.phpgroup.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 27 April 2010 at 10.30 am in the Board Room, Ground Floor, Ryder Court, 14 Ryder Street, London SW1Y 6QB        

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 PHP has submitted two copies of the above document

to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
