                                 Result of EGM



The Company is pleased to announce that the resolutions put to the shareholders
of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, Wednesday 11
April 2007, were duly passed.  The resolutions relate, inter alia, to the
Placing and Open Offer announced by the Company on 15 March 2007.



The period since the announcement of the results has seen the portfolio continue
to expand and including commitments the total portfolio is now at £314m
