Hardman Research: Clear dividend growth prospects

Primary Health Properties REIT: PHP reported final results 16^th February. PHP has paid 20 years' unbroken dividend increases since first listed. Assets are all on long term leases, mostly upward only rents: a REIT with sustainable growth. At a relatively mature stage in the market cycle, this offers growth with resilience. With a successful £150m fund raise under its belt, visibility of steady expansion and re-gearing imparts upward momentum to EPS. We thus see scope for continuing further dividend growth. 2016 cash dividend cover was 100%. 2017 onwards we see growing, covered dividends.
