The Company has been informed that Nexus Group Holdings Limited ("NGHL"), a company controlled by Harry Hyman and family interests of Harry Hyman, has today acquired 360,655 ordinary shares following the placing of 6,229,509 new ordinary shares at 305 pence per share.

Mr Hyman is currently beneficially interested in 64,736 Ordinary Shares and non-beneficially interested in 4,011,205 Ordinary Shares, together representing 5.46% of the share capital of the Company. Included in these figures is NGHL's direct interest in 3,989,680 Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The 3,989,680 Ordinary Shares held directly by NGHL remain subject to a debenture and fixed charge totaling £4.9m by its lending bank over all of NGHL's assets.
