The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
today (15 November 2005) all of the resolutions, as set out in full in the
Notice of Meeting dated 22 September 2005, were duly passed.



Professor Patrick Pietroni retired by rotation at the Annual General Meeting and
did not stand for re-election.  The Board thank Professor Pietroni for his
services to the Company.
