Primary Health Solutions is short listed for the Sandwell NHS LIFT bid process


The Board of Primary Health Properties is pleased to announce that Primary
Health Solutions ("PHS"), it's joint venture with Brackley Investments Limited,
is one of three companies which has been short listed for the ITN stage of the
Sandwell LIFT bid process. This has an anticipated capital value of around £16m
in Phase 1.

Whilst there is no guarantee that PHS will win this contract, the Board is
encouraged by the fact that it has been short-listed.
