Primary  Health Properties PLC ('PHP') announces that  its  wholly
owned subsidiary Primary Health Investment Properties Limited  has
recently  completed  a forward purchase and funding  agreement  to
acquire  a  new  medical  centre to be  constructed  in  Ringwood,
Hampshire, for £1,595,000 (net assets acquired £1,595,000) with an
anticipated  rent roll of some £139,000 per annum.   The  building
will be let to a 6 doctor practice.
