acquired on that date 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 25p per share. Julian is now beneficially
interested in 5,336,246 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.42% of the Company's
issued share capital and voting rights.
