CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') announces that Charles Duncan Soukup, aged 52,
was appointed a non executive director of the Company on 12 October 2006.

Mr Soukup brings a wide variety of experience as a director of both listed and
unlisted companies.  A list of his current directorships and those positions
held over the last 5 years are shown below.

Mr Soukup owns 8,543,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, being 29.48%
of the total voting shares in issue.

There is no information relating to Mr Soukup under paragraph (f) of Schedule 2
of the AIM Rules.
