Further Issue of Equity
* The board of CSS Stellar plc announces the acquisition of the entire
share capital of JRP Management Limited. The consideration of £225,000
will be satisfied by the issue and allotment, subject to admission to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market, of 101,351 new ordinary
shares of 50p each at 222p per share.
* The board further announces the allotment of 60,000 new ordinary shares
of 50p each pursuant to the exercise of an option.
* Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to
the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM').
* Admission is expected and dealings are expected to commence on 29
January 2001.
