The Board of CSS Stellar plc ('CSS' or the 'Company') has approved the issue of
70,153 new Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company as purchase consideration
in connection with the acquisition of ECHO Advertising & Marketing. This
consideration had been held over since the acquisition in July 2002 as set out
in the Company's annual report for the year ended 31 December 2002.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market and it is expected
that admission will take place on 13 October 2005. The new shares will rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
After this issue, the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of CSS will be
28,976,581 ordinary shares of 50p each.
