Following the announcement released by the Company on 23 May 2007 regarding the
requisition of an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ('EGM'), the
Board of CSS Stellar announces that a letter has been sent to all shareholders
giving notice that an EGM will be held at 10.30 am on 3 July 2007 at the offices
of Bridgewell Limited, Old Change House, 128 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V
4BJ.

The EGM has been convened for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit,
passing the resolutions outlined in the announcement released by the Company on
23 May 2007.
