Director Shareholding

Further to a recent exercise of options, as announced by the Company on 6 April 2017, David Raggett, Chief Financial Officer, has on 11 May 2017 sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 165p per share in part to cover the associated exercise costs. Following this sale, David Raggett remains interested in 175,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately .68 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
