Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK's largest property franchisor, announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on 6^th June 2023 at Apollo House, Eboracum Way, Heworth, York, YO31 7RE.

A Form of Proxy has been posted to shareholders and the Notice of Meeting and a sample Form of Proxy can be found on the Company's website at https://thepropertyfranchisegroup.co.uk/investors. Shareholders wishing to ask a question to be considered at that meeting are invited to send their questions by email to [e-mail]. The voting results, will be published on the website after the meeting has finished.
