The Property Franchise Group PLC, one of the UK's largest property franchisors announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am on 22 May 2019 at 2 St Stephen's Court, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 6LA.  

The Company also announces that its final dividend of 6.0 pence per ordinary share will be paid on or around 28 May 2019 to shareholders on the register on 23 April 2019, subject to shareholder approval. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 18 April 2019.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 and notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 17 April 2019, and are now available to view and download on The Property Franchise Group's website at www.propertyfranchise.co.uk.
