The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK's largest multi-brand property franchisor, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all proposed resolutions were duly passed.

The Company also announces Louise George, former CFO and Company Secretary of Belvoir Group plc, has been appointed Company Secretary with immediate effect.
