GRANT OF DIRECTOR SHARE OPTIONS

The Company announces that at a board meeting held on 10 August 2004 the
following share options were granted to the directors of the Company as listed
below for nil consideration. These options were granted under the Premier
Management Holdings plc (Unapproved) Executive and Employee Share Option Scheme
and are exercisable at a price of 2.25 pence at any date from 10 August 2007 to
9 August 2014. The majority of these options have been granted to replace
options previously granted on 17 March 2000 which have now been cancelled.
