Premier Management plc (the 'Company')
Issue of Equity
The directors announce that at a board meeting held on 16th July 2007, a total
of 7,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately
7.63 per cent. of the enlarged issue share capital of the Company following the
conversion, were allotted to Barry Gold following the receipt of a Conversion
Notice for convertible loan notes with a value of £35,000.
Following the allotment, Barry Gold currently has an interest totaling
15,590,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 16.99 per
cent. of the enlarged issue share capital of the Company.
The new ordinary shares will be created and admitted to trading on AIM at
the earliest practical opportunity.
