that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd (a
principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International), have a
notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company of 10,459,773 shares,
being 7.96% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
