Proton Power Systems plc announces that it has allotted 62,500 ordinary shares
of 5p each in relation to the Loan Facility Agreement with General Capital Group
plc as detailed in the AIM Admission Document, published on 24 October 2006.
These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary
Shares in the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will
commence on Tuesday 7 November 2006.
