Directors' disclosures
The Company makes the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies
Dr Faiz Nahab, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was a director of The Eye Academy Ltd until June 2001. The Company merged with an American publicly listed company and subsequently appointed a liquidator in May 2002 for a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation which resulted in a shortfall to creditors.
Helmut Gierse, Chairman of the Company, was a member of the supervisory board of Q-Cells SE which filed for insolvency in 2012.
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
