Director Shareholding
Proton Power (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems, announces that it has today been informed by its major shareholder Roundstone Properties Limited ("Roundstone"), a company connected with Dr. Faiz Nahab, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that as a result of recent demand in the market for the Proton Power shares ("Shares") and in line with the Company's stated intention to improve liquidity of the Shares, it has yesterday sold 2,300,000 Shares at 6.15 pence per Share.
After this transaction, Roundstone's remaining shareholding is 596,279,682 Shares representing 93.18 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
