Director dealings and issue of equity
The Company has been informed that Thomas Melczer, a director of Proton Power, has today sold 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.25 pence per New Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of options.
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be issued and admitted to AIM, which is expected to take place on or around 30 October 2015.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 642,821,872 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
