Issue of Equity
The Directors of Proven Growth and Income VCT plc announce an allotment on 22
March 2011 of 1,662,772 ordinary shares of 1.6187p each issued at a price of
90.6p per share pursuant to the Offers for Subscription that opened on 10
December 2010.
Application for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
The Offers for Subscription are expected to remain open until 5 April 2011 in
respect of the 2010/2011 tax year and 31 May 2011 in respect of the 2011/2012
tax year unless previously extended or fully subscribed earlier.
