Mr  Andrew  Davison,  the  Chairman  and  a  Non-Executive   Director
of ProVen  VCT plc,  has on  16th January  2008 been  appointed as  a
Non-Executive Director of Pennine  Downing AIM VCT  2 plc, a  company
which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
