Board Changes
Proven VCT plc ("the Company") announces that David Eberly has
decided to resign as a non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect as a result of his other commitments within
Beringea, the group which provides investment management services to
the Company. The directors would like to thank David for his
contribution during the year.
The Company also announces that Malcolm Moss has been appointed as a
non-executive director with immediate effect to represent Beringea.
Malcolm is a Senior Managing Director and co-founder of Beringea LLC
and also sits on the board of Beringea Limited, the Company's
investment manager. Malcolm has extensive investment experience in
particular on the media, intellectual property rights and content
sectors.
Malcolm has also today been appointed as a non-executive director of
Proven Growth & Income VCT plc, another VCT, managed by Beringea.
Other than as disclosed above, there are no further disclosures
required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Malcolm's
appointment.
