Dividend declaration
Following the recent successful realisation of the Company's
investment in Gyro International Limited, the Board of ProVen VCT plc
is pleased to announce a capital dividend of 2.5p per Ordinary
Share. The dividend will be paid on 14 March 2008 to Shareholders on
the register at 22 February 2008.
The 'C' Share pool did not own an interest in Gyro International
Limited and accordingly, no 'C' Share dividend is being declared at
this time.
Following the payment of the above dividend a further performance
incentive fee in respect of the Ordinary Shares will become payable
to the Investment Manager and Downing Corporate Finance Limited. The
Company's Ordinary Share Net Asset Value as at 31 January 2008
adjusted for the payment of the performance incentive fees (but
before deduction of the dividend) stands at 107.2p per Ordinary
Share.
