Following another profitable investment realisation, the Board of Proven VCT plc
is pleased to announce the declaration of a further interim dividend to Ordinary
Shareholders in respect of the year ended 28 February 2007 of 15p per share.

The dividend will be paid on 5 April 2007 to Shareholders on the register at 23
March 2007.  As a result of this dividend, the Board is not expecting to pay a
final dividend for the year ended 28 February 2007.
