The announcement released by the company  at 11:59 am 9 October  2008
as HUG1258307 entitled  "Half-Yearly Report"  contained an  erroneous
figure within the Chairman's Statement within the paragraph  entitled
"Dividends - 'C' Shares"

The paragraph should have stated:

"Dividends
'C' Shares
The Company will also pay an interim dividend of 1.0p per 'C'  Share,
comprising wholly  of  revenue.  The  dividend  will be  paid  on  31
October 2008 to 'C' Shareholders on the register at 17 October 2008.
This will bring total dividends paid to 'C' Shareholders to 3.75p per
share."

The original announcement  erroneously stated that  this would  bring
total dividends paid to 'C' Shareholders to 2p per share.

All other text of the announcement remains unchanged.
