Following the additional listing  today of a further 1,970,500 ordinary shares
of 5p each on the London Stock Exchange, we would report the following
beneficial interests in the shares of the Company by directors purchased at
100p per share at the time of the issue on 12 April 2000.

Thomas Peter Sooke      -   5,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each

Nicholas Peter Lewis    -   10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each

For the avoidance of doubt this announcement was not made on 12 April as these
shares have only just been Listed
