Net Asset Value
Following a reduction in the valuation of one of the qualifying
investments held in the Ordinary share portfolio, the Board of ProVen
Growth & Income VCT plc announces a provisional Net Asset Value for
the Ordinary shares of 86.9p. This is based on the Net Asset Value
as at 31 January 2008, as adjusted by the reduction in the valuation
of the qualifying investment.
The Net Asset Value of the 'C' Shares is unaffected.
The valuation of the VCT for the year ending 29 February 2008 is
currently in progress and the draft unaudited Net Asset Value as at
29 February 2008 will be announced on around 31 March 2008.
