purchased  28,826  ordinary  shares  of  5p  each  for  cancellation,
representing 0.12% of the issued  ordinary share capital, at a  price
of 48.0p per share and 24,494 C shares of 25p each for  cancellation,
representing 0.17% of the issued C share capital, at a price of 65.0p
per share.
