                               Board Appointment

Nutrinnovator Holdings plc, the developer of innovative food and drink products
of superior nutritional quality including the Altu food bar range, is pleased to
announce the appointment today of Douglas Gardner as Group Finance Director and
Company Secretary, following a three month period as Financial Controller of the
Company.

Doug, aged 38, was Finance Director of Groupe Chez Gerard plc from November 2000
to October 2003. He was also Finance Director of Cavanagh Group plc from
December 2003 to February 2004 and of Hartford Group plc from January to July
2000. Prior to this he was Financial Controller of the Retail Division at French
Connection Group Plc from September 1997 to December 1999.

Doug holds options to acquire 335,430 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
at an exercise price of 48p per share, exercisable between 17 June 2006 and 16
June 2014.

Stephen Moon, Managing Director, said:

Company. His public company experience in the leisure and retail sectors
complements the expertise of our management team and will assist in positioning
Nutrinnovator at the forefront of the wellbeing market.'

There are no other matters under paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules to
be disclosed.
